Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Capricorn Tourism and Economic Development Ltd ABN 72 142 612 280 Trading as Capricorn Enterprise, 15 East Street, Rockhampton, Queensland 4700 (Capricorn Enterprise).
The competition is open to residents of Queensland, 18 years or over except employees of Capricorn Enterprise, Takarakka Bush Resort, Capricorn Caves, Rubyvale Gem Gallery, Great Keppel Island Hideaway, Keppel Konnections, Rosslyn Bay Resort, Freedom Fast Cats and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. Eligibility is at the sole discretion of Capricorn Enterprise.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Incomplete information will be deemed as an incomplete entry and will not be accepted. Validity of entries is at the sole discretion of Capricorn Enterprise.
Competition commences from 9:00am Saturday 15 June 2019 and concludes at midnight on Saturday 22 June 2019. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prizes are as follows:
Reef and Islands
Two (2) nights accommodation in an Island Cabin at Great Keppel Island Hideaway. Includes return ferry transfers for two (2) adults and two (2) children with GKI Hideaway and Keppel Konnections. *T&C’s apply, not valid in peak periods. Valid until May 2020 and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Yeppoon and Capricorn Coast
Two (2) nights accommodation in a 2-bedroom apartment for two (2) adults and two (2) children at Rosslyn Bay Resort. *Terms & Conditions apply, bookings essential, cannot be exchanged for cash, valid until 31st October 2019.
Whale Watching Tour with Freedom Fast Cats (2 adults & 2 children) *Terms & Conditions apply, bookings essential and are dependent on weather and passenger numbers, not redeemable for cash, voucher must be presented on the day of travel, valid until 15th June 2020, any other Terms & Conditions from Freedom Fast Cats.

Carnarvon Gorge and Sandstone Wilderness
Three (3) nights accommodation at Takarakka Bush Resort, Carnarvon Gorge. Prize includes a full-day guided tour and roast dinner for two (2) adults and two (2) children (5-16 years). Prize valid for travel before 7th October 2019, or from 1st April 2020 to 3rd October 2020 and subject to availability. Standard booking and cancellation policy applies. Guided tours and roast dinners are offered on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. Stay can be extended or upgraded upon contact with Takarakka Bush Resort, additional charges apply.

Two (2) nights accommodation in the 2-bedroom cottage for up to four (4) people at Rubyvale Gem Gallery Holiday Apartments. Bookings subject to availability. Valid until 7th June 2020.

Rockhampton and Mount Morgan
Two (2) nights accommodation for two (2) adults and two (2) children in a Deluxe Cabin. Prize includes a Continental Breakfast Basket, Cathedral Cave Tour, Fossil Tour and Family Adventure Tour. Expires 23rd June 2020.

All prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
Prizes are subject to availability and the business operators reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen at random by software. The winner will be notified by Capricorn Enterprise on Facebook within seven (7) days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner, using random generator software.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
