This funding allows recipients to plan for the revitalization of underutilized, vacant, and brownfield sites by establishing a vision for their redevelopment, and strategies to return the sites to productive use. The 1,045-acre Buffalo Harbor BOA includes the Inner and Outer Harbors and a portion of the city’s Central Business District. -
