Lo spazio professionale che nei principali Festival europei – Venezia, Cannes, Berlino – rappresenta la casa italiana per tutti gli operatori nazionali ed esteri che seguono artisticamente e a livello industriale il nostro cinema. E come la Mostra, l’Italian Pavilion in questa stagione si adegua alle esigenze di sicurezza sanitaria e distanziamento sociale. Con una formula ibrida, che quest’anno nei giorni della CINECITTÀ VIDEO manifestazione unisce ai consueti spazi nell’Hotel Excelsior del Lido, una nuova versione digitale. Così, accanto NEWS alle aree dei Saloni Tropicana dedicati agli incontri e ai one to one, in quest’edizione l’Italian Pavilion ospita sulla piattaforma www.italianpavilion.it tutte le attività che avranno luogo all’interno dello spazio. Ciò è reso possibile grazie ad uno studio allestito nel Pavilion, dotato di tecnologia per lo streaming che consente le riprese live, nonché la registrazione, di tutte le attività. Il sito italianpavilion.it offre, sin da oggi, il Isabelle Huppert ricorda calendario delle attività con le informazioni di ciascun evento, e dal 3 settembre, primo giorno di Storie di Piera di Marco programmazione, conterrà le registrazioni video degli eventi, disponibili subito dopo il termine dei live Ferreri streaming. In tal modo si potrà assistere da remoto a qualsiasi evento in diretta. Nell’anno dedicato a Federico Fellini, forte è il concetto di sogno. Da qui l'idea di creare un'atmosfera soffusa, CERCA NEL positiva, mutante e delicata nell’immagine del sito, realizzato dallo Studioata di Torino, caratterizzato da un DATABASE segno a mano libera, pennellato sul cielo, su nuvole evanescenti. Così gli spazi fisici dell’Italian Pavilion 2020 sono dedicati al Maestro, reinterpretando la sua grafia con una font originale, il ‘Fellini Script’, creata dallo 125121 Studio Cappelli Design, che ha curato anche il progetto del padiglione.     CITY OF LOS ANGELES RESOLUTION "UGGIE" WHEREAS, Uggie was rejected by at least his first two owners as being too wild. He was about to be sent to a dog pound, but was adopted by animal trainer Omar Von Muller after his friends alerted him to the dog. Von Muller only intended to foster the dog while he found him a new home, but decided that U ggie should stay. WHEREAS, Uggie was a crazy, very energetic puppy. Uggie was very smart and very willing to work. One of the most important things was that U ggie was not afraid of things. That is what makes or breaks a dog in the movies, whether they are afraid of lights, and noises and being on sets; and WHEREAS, Uggie is rewarded with sausages, to encourage him to perform, but that is only a part of it. When not working, Uggie lives in North Hollywood with Von Muller, Von Muller's wife, and Von Muller's six­ year old daughter. There are seven other dogs in the household, all of whom work in the film industry; and WHEREAS, Uggie's earliest roles were in commercials and minor roles in the films What's Up Scarlett, Wassup Rockers (2005), and Mr. Fix It (2006) alongside David Boreanaz. His first named role, and big break, was as ''Queenie" in the romantic drama Water for Elephants, alongside actors Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon; and WHEREAS, Uggie appeared in "The Incredible Dog Show" from August 2010 onwards, a tour of dogs with different tricks, which toured the United States and South America; his trick was riding a skateboard; and WHEREAS, in 20 ll silent movie The Artist, and it was this role that brought him to the attention of 1 mass media, with some critics describing him as "stealing every scene' • He had two stunt doubles in the film, named Dash and Dude, who were colored to look more like Uggie, but Uggie did most ofhis own stunts and the doubles were barely required.
