I once heard the following statement: “The state of a country, a company, a school, or any organisation, reflects the quality of its leaders” When we think of the leadership of an educational institution, what would we like to find? I would imagine, leadership that comes from character. A character marked by passion, dedication, commitment, devotion, a sense of mission, responsibility, integrity, humility, perseverance and service.
