West Drayton Bridge Transformation Now underway

West Drayton and residents may have already noticed that the dark and dirty West Drayton Bridge is currently being spruced up. This is ahead of extensive lighting upgrades, the installation in the New Year of a unique mural featuring local points of interest and wider station improvements. The bridge marks the boundary between West Drayton and Yiewsley wards and is a key gateway that residents should feel proud of. The council has responded to concerns from residents and West Drayton Station rail passengers about the state of the bridge and wrote directly to Network Rail’s Chief Executive to ensure that action could Artist’s impression be taken.
