The work detailed with technical analysis of the claims to find out alternatives for the basis of alleged damages based on available information from the claimants and internationally recognized organizations as well. Presentations have been made for the International Panel at the UNCC in Geneva on behalf of Iraq including the marine environment and fisheries status in the Arabian Gulf before and after the war and to identify to which extent these damages are direct results of the conflict.
