TENDER NOTICE

Sealed Tenders based on single stage single envelope system and on MRS 2nd BI Annual (1st July to 31st December 2020), District Bahawalnagar, are hereby invited for the works mentioned below from the approved / enlisted / renewed contractors / Firms of LG & CD Department Civil Sub Division District Bahawalnagar for the year 2020-21.

The tender documents will be issued from the date of publication in Newspaper / PPRA Website up to 28.12.2020 during office hours by Assistant Engineer LG & CD, Civil Sub Division District Bahawalnagar on receipt of tender fee (As per Notification No. B-II(C&W) 2-11/78 procumbent (2014) dated 25th May 2015 & No. SE /LG&CD/4(29)/2011 dated 22nd July 2015) according to the rate given below and on the presentation of original copy of enlistment/renewal letter, fee receipt, Pakistan Engineering Council license 2020-21 (original / online on the website), authority letter on letter pad of the firm, CNIC of the contractor and power of attorney, where required.

Earnest money @ 3% of the estimated cost, in the shape of CDR issued from any schedule Bank, in favour of Executive Engineer, LG & CD Civil Division Bahawalpur, shall accompany the tender.

Tenders will be received from the Bidders /intending contractors on 29.12.2020 up till 01:00 PM in the office of Assistant Engineer, LG & CD Civil Sub District Bahawalnagar and will be opened by the Tender Opening Committee on the same day at 01.30 PM in the presence of the intending Contractors.

Conditional Tenders and Tenders not accompanied with earnest money @ 3% of estimated cost, in the shape of deposit at call receipt (CDR) from schedule bank will not be entertained. Bid documents and other details are available in the office of the Assistant Engineer, LG & CD, Civil Sub Division Bahawalnagar and can be seen / obtained during office hours.

The Successful bidder whose bid is less than 5% of the estimated cost of the work will have to deposit Additional Performance Security. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of earnest money. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposal as per PPRA Rule 35 (Rejection of Bids).
