Cotes Catalanes, France 2015 13/60. this is a completely different variety than Riesling. a fuller bodied expression of the grape varietal lots of tropical fruit & a lasting, acid forward finish. with black currant and a hint of tobacco. Unholy Alliance, Chardonnay/Riesling Château Vieux Faurie, Merlot/Cabernet Franc Pfalz, Germany 2017 12/50. Saint Emillion Grand Cru, France 2015 16/70. a light effervesce, a very floral aroma. the chard although there is no Cabernet Sauvignon in this, gives depth while the riesling adds minerality it is sure to please the Cab drinker. A bit of weight, Kivelstadt Cellars, Marsanne/Roussanne plenty of tannins, lots of dark fruit and leather. Mendicino County, California 2017 10/NA. La Fanfarria, Albarín Negro/Mencía a well balanced wine with floral acidity, a bit of Catalunya, Spain 2017 14/64. weight & tropical fruit with a clean finish. lightly tart, a touch of berries and a gentle floral Peybonhomme-les-Tours, Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon finish. subtle yet wonderfully expressive. Bordeaux, France 2017 13/60. Cellar de l”Encastell, Marge, Garnacha/Merlot demeter certified. a perfect balance of forward Priorat, Spain 2015 13/60. acidity and ripe fruit. a very complex and 8 months in oak gives some real weight to this interesting wine once you get to know it. wine. all the dark fruit and earthy flavors Podere la Berta, Pagadebit you would expect from Priorat. solid tannic finish. Domaine de Pallus Messanges, Cabernet Franc the most similar to Pinot Grigio on the menu with Chinon, France 2017 12/54. notes of green apple and a dry, grassy finish. classic Chinon with lots of vegetal characteristics, a Ampeleia, Trebbiano lighter body and a surprising acidity. Costa Tuscana, Italy 2017 13/60. Le Conte des Floris, Syrah/Grenache/Carignan golden color with a note of honey, apricots, Côtes du Roussillon, France 2009 14/64. orange marmalade and honey glazed nuts. very rustic, but incredibly approachable. light to Rosé medium body with notes of raisins, leather, earth Artisans Cellar, Zweigelt and drying tannins. for funky wine lovers. Corte dei Papi, Cesanese this is in no way Provence in style. it is more Cesanese del Piglio, Italy 2016 13/60. reminiscent of tart wild strawberry lambic. there is an astounding harmony of flavor in this Sparkling Italian varietal. a rich dark fruit note, a medium Pares Balta, Xarel-lo/Chardonnay/Pinot Noir body and a clean, very satisfying finish. Penedes, Spain 2011 16/70. Kivelstadt Cellars, Charbono a lighter level of carbonation with very tight Mendocino Country, California 2015 14/64. bubbles. notes of almonds, pears and honeycomb. aromas of worn leather, blackberry and dates. Tour des Gendres Pet Nat, Sauv. Blanc/Chenin Blanc medium bodied with a strong dark berry acidity Loire Valley, France 2017 12/54. and a very subtle hint of smoke. almost anyone will aromas of lemon zest & fino sherry. notes of citrus, be happy with this one. flowers & honeycomb take over. lightly sparkling..
