LA CHÂSSE WHITE
Grapes: Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc, Clairette Blanche and Roussanne Appellation: Côtes du Rhône
Notes: Golden with pale green hints. The nose is fine and elegant with complex notes of white flowers and peaches. Well-balanced and fruity on the palate with a long and persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Delicious served on its own or pair with salads, chicken, fish and white meats.
LA CHÂSSE ROSÉ
Grapes: Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah Appellation: Côtes du Rhône
Notes: A striking pink hue with light shades of purple. The nose is floral with notes of red fruits. Fruity and well-balanced with a fresh finish reminiscent of raspberries and spice.
Food Pairing: Highly versatile with food but particularly well-suited to pair with salads, fish, roasted meats and barbeques.
LA CHÂSSE RED
Grapes: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault & Mourvèdre Appellation: Côtes du Rhône
Notes: Deep purple in color. Intense and full aroma with delicate hints of blackberry fruits and spices. Lively and structured on the palate with red fruit character and a long tasty finish.
