The data spans from 2001Q1 to 10 2017Q2. We use Systemic Risk Index (SRISK) by Brownlees and Engle (2017), which represents 11 the capital shortfall of a bank in the time of a crisis, as the measure of systemic risk. We find 12 evidence for a countercyclical relationship between SRISK and the business cycle. Tinjauan Mengenai Perbankan Bank merupakan lembaga kepercayaan yang berfungsi sebagai lembaga intermedasi, membantu kelancaran sistem pembayaran, serta menjadi sarana dalam pelaksanaan kebijakan pemerintah yaitu kebijakan moneter. Menurut Undang-Undang No. 10 Tahun 1998 Tentang Perbankan adalah “Bank adalah badan usaha yang menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk simpanan dan menyalurkannya kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk kredit dan atau bentuk-bentuk lainnya dalam rangka meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat banyak”. Sedangkan menurut Kasmir (2006:11) Bank dapat diartikan sebagai lembaga keuangan yang kegiatan utamanya adalah “Setiap perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang keuangan dimana kegiatannya baik hanya menghimpun dana atau hanya menyalurkan dana atau kedua-duanya menghimpun dan menyalurkan dana”. Menurut Abdurachman (2003:1) bahwa “Suatu lembaga yang melaksanakan keuangan yang melaksanakan berbagai macam jasa seperti memberikan pinjaman, mengedarkan mata uang pengawasan terhadap 10 11 mata uang, bertindak sebagai tempat penyimpanan benda-benda berharga, membiayai usaha-usaha perusahaan dan lain-lain”. Dari berbagai pendapat para ahli tentang bank di atas, maka penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Bank merupakan suatu lembaga keuangan yang dapat memberikan pelayanan kredit dan jasa kepada nasabahnya. 2.1.1. Jenis-jenis Bank Menurut UU No. 7 Tahun 1992 tentang Perbankan sebagaimana diubah dengan UU Nomor 10 Tahun 1998, “Bank adalah badan usaha yang menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk simpanan, dan menyalurkannya kepada masyarakat dalam rangka meningkatkan taraf hidup rakyat banyak”. Berikut yang termasuk jenis-jenis bank: 1. Menurut fungsinya, bank di Indonesia dibagi menjadi dua jenis, yaitu: a. Which must be able to have strategies to identify, commensurate and minimize global banking risks at “Strategic Management Process”? This study uses a type of explanatory research that examines the effect of the research variables. Research were 43 Bank National at Indonesia business, data collected in this study consisted of primary data from “annual report 2017-2020 from www.idx.co.id › en-us. Various tests were used for conducting inferential statistics, including T-tests for independent samples, F-test for analysis of variance, Pearson correlations. The results of the research and hypothesis testing prove that the overall effect of the research variables is strong influence, the research hypothesis proves that all independent variables. The novelty that can be taken that in the strategic management at bank enterprises a factors “examining the strengths and weaknesses” at strategic management process for “careful strategy brings the right results” before and during Covid-19 Pandemic. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank BCA aktf yang bertransaksi di KCP Pademangan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 154 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 23.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel Fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah, sedangkan variabel Pelayanan dan Teknologi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah. Selanjutnya secara simultan variabel Fasilitas, Pelayanan dan Teknologi berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin baik Pelayanan dan Teknologi yang diberikan oleh Bank BCA KCP Pademangan pada para nasabahnya akan menjadikan para nasabah tersebut makin puas. Sedangkan Fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah bukan berarti tidak penting namun nasabah telah puas dengan Fasilitas yang ada pada Bank tersebut. Temuan Penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk Bank BCA KCP Pademangan untuk senantiasa memberikan Pelayanan terbaik berupa ketepatan dan kecepatan pada para nasabahnya, dengan demikian diharapkan para nasabah tersebut akan menjadi nasabah yang loyal pada Bank BCA.
