HERB PRYOR (1971-73, 1978) Pryor is UNLV’s all-time career leader in ERA (2.54), (453) and complete games (40) and is tied for the lead in career victories (35) and shutouts (4). He is one of only four in UNLV history to record at least 30 career victories (35-21). He pitched the school’s first no-hitter and only perfect game on March 16, 1971 against Colorado. Pryor was a member of UNLV’s first playoff team in 1978 when the Rebels compiled a 44-20 record. He was 14-4 with a 2.42 ERA in 148.2 innings pitched that year.
