On 24 May 2007, the Minister for Urban Development and Planning, by notice in the Gazette (see Gazette 24 May 2007, page 2137) declared that section 46 of the Development Act 1993, applied to a development of a kind specified in Schedule 1 of that notice. The declaration applied to the development directly associated with the establishment and operation of a shopping centre and residential apartment complex at the corner of Anzac Highway and Marion Road, North Plympton. 2.
