I trust you, your department and government will now endorse the wishes of the majority (including your First Nation government partners) by acknowledging and adopting the final recommended plan. The KVA is running the Trek Over the Top weekends for the second year. The first group of 75 ar rived on March 1. The second group will arrive on March 8. Like all grouse, the Spruce Grouse doesn’t fly far. They are a non-migratory bird, living year-round in spruce forests. Their main food source comes from the spruce tree: in winter, they live almost exclusively off of spruce needles and buds. They build their nests on the ground, usually at the base of a spruce tree, lining the nest with dried grasses and leaves.
