Sound Designer: Brian Shevelenko Waiting. - The Wild Party (Original Poem) Fight Choreographer: Amanda Stone Joseph Moncure March Setting: New York City Joseph Moncure March wrote his epic poem The Wild Party in 1926. Time: 1926 though he was unable to find a publisher brave enough to release it until Cast 1928. Even then. only 750 copies were printed. and it was largely banned Queenie Leiney Rigg across the Unit ed States. The subject-matter was considered too sexual. Mae Amy Johnson The famous Beat writer William Burroughs even credits The Wild Party Oscar D'Armano Isaac Ligsay as being the piece of literature that mode him wont to become a writer. Phil D'Armano Ka lau Crisostomo It is in a league of its own. It is charming. moving. gritty, terrifying. shocking. Jackie Jonathan Clarke Sypert appalling. hilarious. passionate. sexual and dangerous. It is the kind of writing Max Geovante Joseph that you hove to read in one sitting. because you simply cannot put it down. Nadine Danielle Allaire In working on this particular production. I hove tried to remain as true Dolores Pualani Armstrong t o the original poem as possible. while also respecting the brilliance that Sam Leon Sheen is Andrew Lippa's composition. I chose this version because I felt that the music captured the rawness of the inspiration material in a real. visceral Jezebel Ashlynn Duncan way, and that every character t ruly hod something for which to fight.
