Meet the Maker is your annual chance to meet some of our region’s creative folk, not at an exhibition but right there in their homes, studios and workspaces. T oO 41 NICOL’S BLACKSMITH A MA R U Nicol’s Blacksmith Historic Trust runs the historic Village Blacksmith in Duntroon. Built in the late 1890’s to service the newly built village of Duntroon, it ran as a village blacksmith shop until 1974. The building was restored in 2015 and is open for viewing daily with volunteer artisan blacksmiths giving demonstrations at W ES TO the original coke forge on weekends over the N -N G A P A summer.
