This meeting will be presided over by the president. However if the removal pertains to a president during the first year of his/her term, it will be presided over by the Executive Vice President. If the removal pertains to the president during the second year of his/her term, the meeting will be presided over by the president elect. 5. A vote of two-thirds of the board (elected by the membership) is required to remove an elected board member from office. 6. A one-year board member may be removed by a majority vote of the board.
