Large Window Cards Q: How big are your cards? A: The outside dimension of all of our cards is 5” x 7”. This is an industry standard “A-7” greeting card.

Small Center Cut Cards Q: What is the difference between window sizes? Window Oval A: There are four different window opening sizes referred to within Cards Window the catalog...large window (both horizontal and vertical opening size Cards is 5 5/8” x 3 5/8”) use a 4”x 6” print; small window (horizontal opening size is 4 11/16” x 3 1/8”, vertical opening size is 3 5/16” x 4 1/2”) use a 3 1­ /2” x 5” or cropped 4” x 6” print; and oval (both horizontal and vertical opening size is 5 1/8” x 3 5/8” at widest points) use a 4” x 6” print. Our newest card is our center-cut card. This card is similar in size to our small window card. The opening measures 4 5/8” x 3 1/8” and is centered within the card. Use a 3 1/2” x 5” or cropped 4” x 6” print. See diagrams above right. Q: What is horizontal and vertical? A: Horizontal follows the horizon line. Also called landscape. Vertical is taller than it is wide. Also called portrait. See diagrams at right. Horizontal Q: What is a set of cards? Vertical A: A set is 10 identical cards. Not a mix of 5 horizontal and 5 vertical. If you want less than 10 identical cards then they are considered individual cards at a cost of $1.59 each.

Q: Are envelopes included in the cost of the cards? A: Yes, each card comes with an envelope. (Natural Cardstock cards come with natural envelopes, most other colors come with bright white envelopes). Q: When can I expect my order? A: We process most stock card orders within 2 working days. Shipping time depends on where you live. Ask when placing your order. We ship smaller orders through the US postal service, and larger orders through UPS, in most instances. Express shipping is available when requested. Allow extra time for custom and imprint orders.

Q: How much postage is required to mail each card? A: A finished card, with photo and envelope, weighs less than one ounce. Only 1 first class stamp is required.

When ordering SETS of cards, just enter the stock number as shown in the catalog. To order a SINGLE card, simply add an “X” after the number and before any letters. Here’s a great success story. This article appeared in the July 8, 2009 “Bitterroot Star” newspaper. Congratulations to David Sylvester!!! A once-in-a-century opportunity “Local man to produce Glacier Centennial cards” David Sylvester, of Hamilton, has been granted a license to produce Glacier National Park Centennial photo greeting cards. Glacier National Park will celebrate its 100th birthday next year (2010). In honor of this event a special logo has been produced. During the last year and a half Glacier National Park has been soliciting companies to produce a line of souvenir items to commemorate the event. Sylvester is one of three card producers in the world now licensed to create greeting cards using the Glacier Centennial Logo. “I can’t believe that I was granted a license to use the logo”, says Sylvester. “This could be a huge thing for the economy of the Bitterroot Valley. There is an average of 2.7 to 3 million visitors to Glacier National Park per year and the number is expected to increase dramatically next year.” Sylvester’s photo greeting cards are printed on recycled paper using soy-based inks and the plastic covers that the cards are slipped into are biodegradable. The cards are a perfect match for what Glacier was looking for in its Centennial souvenir items…environmentally friendly. “The fact that these cards are produced right here in Montana also helps with the green thing,” says Sylvester. “Most cards today are printed in Hong Kong and shipped back to the US which isn’t very green.
