The Heart of Europe flying with new deal

Kleindienst Group, a leading UAE based real estate agent and developer, has announced that its flagship The Heart of Europe (THOE) project on Dubai’s The World has partnered with Seawings, the Middle East’s popular seaplane tour operator.

Seawings will work closely with THOE to promote tourism to The World islands, and will offer THOE guests preferential rates to fly over the islands and Dubai’s scenic coastline.

THOE is a unique and iconic holiday destination located on The World in Dubai. Made up of six stunning man-made islands, each capturing a different facet of Europe’s unique character, THOE will offer visitors and holidaymakers the authentic charm of Europe.

Phase One of construction is currently underway, and once complete THOE will be home to the world’s first climate controlled areas, featuring rain and snow-lined streets, floating villas, the world’s largest open aquarium, 5*, 6* and 7* hotels, among an impressive list of other key developments to be announced.

This partnership is the latest announcement regarding transportation to and from The Heart of Europe, which have so far included agreements signed with Dubai’s RTA, who will offer water taxis and ferries, and with Ultimate Charter, which will provide exclusive access to luxury yachts and other boats.
