AIR COMPRESSOR Reciprocating multistage horizontal, positive displacement, piston type with Suction Filter, Inter-coolers, flywheel, Foundation Bolts, Motor Pulley, V-belts, Belt Guard Slide Rails for the Motor.

COOLER -. High Pressure Cooler consisting of High Pressure Tube Bundle submerged in cold water..for primary and Booster compressor

MOISTURE SEPARATOR–1 SET. - This is a cylindrical shape vessel made of M.S. duly fitted with Drain Valves for removal of moisture present in the process air.

CASCADE COOLER - This is a specially designed vessel consisting of High Pressure Coils in two separate chambers. The process air that passes through this Cooler is cooled through incoming from the A.S.U. These coils are immersed in water with a provision for water level indicator.

ACTIVATED CARBON/ ALUMINA FILTER – 1 SET -This equipment is made of M.S. cylindrical shape vessel with activated carbon/Alumina with 2 Nos. sand filters inside. This assist absorption of Hydro- Carbons in the process air.

MOLECULAR BATTERY - filled with Molecular sieve type 13X with a regenerating heater. (It absorbs moisture, CO2, traces of Acetylene and other hydrocarbons.)

CERAMIC FILTER – 1 SET - This equipment is made of M.S. and is cylindrical in shape. It consist of micro ceramic filter to avoid entry of dust to the A.S.U.

GAS/AIR LINES & INSULATING MATERIAL- Pipelines, fittings, gauges, valves, indicators, safety devices for air and nitrogen lines as per the standard layout. Oxygen & Nitrogen testing kit. Insulation wool, wire mesh, for the equipments insulation.

CHILLING UNIT : -For better performance we shall supply a Freon based Industrial Refrigerator with Chilling unit, Thermostatic Cooling water tank and Air Coil for cooling of the process Air to 8 to 12º C before it enters Molecular Sieve Battery.

MOTOR, STARTER :- These are of standard makes and are used for running of Air Compressors as per the capacity of the Plant/Air Compressor.

EXPANSION ENGINE - a vertical reciprocating machine for expanding air from operating pressure to 5kg/cm2. Complete with Fly Wheel, Pressure Gauges Motor, Motor Pulley, V-belts, Belt Guard, Inter- connecting Copper Pipes and bursting disk for safety.

COLD BOX - consists of Column with Heat Exchangers for heat transfer between the incoming air and the out going cold Nitrogen and Oxygen. Cold Box is equipped with expansion valves for controlling the operation of the Plant and delivery of the products. Control Panel and Defrost Heater for the Cold Box is provided with the Plant. Cold Box is insulated with perlite powder. Cold Box internally is made of Stainless Steel/Copper and Welded for Leak Proof Operation.

LIQUID OXYGEN PUMP - A single cylinder equipment which will fill bone dry Oxygen into cylinders. The Pump is supplied with Motor Pulley & V-belts.Filling manifold with valve, safety valve, pressure gauges.

LIQUID NITROGEN PUMP - A single cylinder equipment which will fill bone dry Nitrogen into cylinders. The Pump is supplied with Motor Pulley & V-belts.Filling manifold with valve, safety valve, pressure gauges. QUOTATION FOR 150 CMH OXYGEN / NITROGEN PLANT

EXCLUSIONS

PLANT ERECTION & COMMISSIONING

Supervision of erection & commissioning - Rs 500000 /- plus to and fro air tickets, boarding and lodging, local conveyance and communication to our Mumbai Office. (Our engineer can be called only after site is fully ready - including supply of Power, Water, Availability of Manpower, Tools, Tackles and Civil Works. The Normal Maximum Duration of service will be for 60 days. Incase our engineer has to stay beyond this period a service charge of Rs 5000/- per day will be applicable).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Payment Terms : 35% Advance with P.O, balance before dispatch.

2. Delivery : Ex-Works Mumbai, 5 to 6 months from the date of receipt of your order together with advance payment. Every reasonable effort will be made to deliver the plant as specified, but we shall not be held responsible for delay as a result of: (a) Forcemajeure clause (b) Delay from our vendors for supply of air compressor, motors, other raw materials & equipment’s.

3. Validity : The offer will be valid for a period of 30 days. Delivery will be made as specified, but company shall not be held responsible for any delay such as Natural calamities, pandemic etc. If the prices of major manufacturing inputs such as copper, brass and bought out items like air compressor, motor increase on account of escalation from the original equipment manufacturer, we will be constrained to revise the price.

4. Our liability is restricted to supply and performance of the goods supplied by us and will not be liable for any consequential losses arising out of repair, replacement of goods due to operation of guarantee clause.

5. All matters will be subject toi Jurisdiction only. 6. We will replace any defective items ex-mumbai only. Any services to be rendered on QUOTATION FOR 150 CMH OXYGEN / NITROGEN PLANT warranty/ gurantee offered by us will also be ex-mumbai. Any freight, traveling, boarding, lodging cost will be always to buyers account.

GENERAL PROCESS DESCRIPTION

The atmospheric air mainly consists of Oxygen and Nitrogen gases, together with small quantities of water vapour, and other rare gases such as argon helium etc. Oxygen and Nitrogen from the air can be separated due to the difference in boiling points by distilling them through a fractionating column.

Free atmospheric air is sucked in by a multi stage compressor through a filter and compressed to the working pressure. The compressed air is then passed through a pre-cooling system, dust filters, moisture separators and then to the Molecular Sieve Battery for removing traces of carbon dioxide and moisture from the air. This purified air then passes through the first Heat Exchanger, where it is cooled by the out going Nitrogen and Oxygen. Part of this cooled air then passes through an expansion engine and the other part through the 2nd heat exchanger. Both the expansion engine and 2nd heat exchanger help in cooling down the air further, which is finally released to the bottom of the column through an expansion valve. The air becomes liquid at this stage.

The column is divided into two parts Lower column and Upper column. In between the lower and upper columns there is a condenser which acts as a reflux for the lower column and as a re-boiler for the upper column. The liquid air at the bottom of lower column separates through the trays of the column to give crude Oxygen at the bottom and 97% pure Nitrogen at the top. Crude Oxygen termed as rich liquid is then expanded through an expansion valve from the lower column to the middle of the upper column. Crude Nitrogen termed as poor liquid is expanded through another expansion valve from the top of the lower column to the top of the upper column. Due to difference in the boiling points, the pure Nitrogen boils over and accumulates at the top of the upper column and Oxygen (which has a higher boiling point than Nitrogen) accumulates at the bottom of the upper column in the condenser.

Both Nitrogen and Oxygen are removed by separate pipelines through heat exchangers, for cooling the incoming air To the filling manifolds. Both Oxygen Nitrogen can be filled directly in to the cylinders through separate LOX and LIN pumps. /Nitrogen can also be withdrawn in to the cryogenic tanks through the cryogenic pumps.

SALIENT FEATURES

1. THE PLANT IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING OXYGEN AND NITROGEN SIMULTANEOUSLY.

2. The plant is equipped with a highly efficient expansion engine which lowers the operating pressure 40 kg/cm² resulting in a low power consumption of 1.0 unit of electricity per m3 of Gas produced and 90 Kg/cm2 for liquid will be 1.5 unit per m³. 3 The plant is equipped with separate Liquid Oxygen pump and separate Pump which will deliver dry Oxygen / Nitrogen directly compressed into cylinders. This pump does away with a bulky Oxygen / Nitrogen compressors required in other plants. 4. All spares and services are easily available with us and therefore we guarantee minimum down time for the plant. 5. The Oxygen produced from this plant can also be used for Medical purpose. 6. If a lesser purity gas is required it can be easily obtained by adjusting some parameters, resulting in 10 to 15% increase in capacity. 7. With the efforts of our R&D department we have been able to eliminate use of chilling unit from the Plant. This has helped in reducing the power consumption of the Plant as well as maintenance costs. We however offer the Chilling Plant as a standby to be operated only in very hot conditions. 8. We also recommend a single pump closed circuit water-cooling System to further reduce power consumption. 9. Our plant give you option of filling cylinders directly using the pumps or alternately filling the liquid oxygen & nitrogen in cryogenic storage tanks. Standard plants give only.. 10. We are giving insulation material for the pipelines and other equipments wherever required, whereas our competitors are not giving any insulation material.
