"This was more for me than the kids but with a couple weeks of hunkering down ahead for them I followed the advice one of my son's teachers shared," Czarniak wrote in her post, joking that "Recess/PE was waaay too long but I had a meeting."     Former Ohio State Cornerback Eli Apple Agrees To One-Year Deal With The Carolina Panthers Nearly two months after his free-agent deal with the Las Vegas Raiders fell through, former Ohio State cornerback Eli Apple agreed to a one-year contract with the Carolina Panthers. The deal was first reported on Thursday by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, who noted the deal is worth $3 million and includes a $750,000 signing bonus. The team later confirmed the signing. He was also notably suspended by the team following an argument with a coach and called a “cancer” by teammate Landon Collins. Apple was then traded to New Orleans just five games into the 2018 season for a fourth- and seventh- round pick in the 2019 and 2020 drafts, respectively. He started 25 games with the Saints over the last two years, recording 13 pass break ups and two interceptions. The 24-year-old actually agreed in principle to a one-year, $6 million deal with the Raiders during the first week of free agency in March. But two sides were never able to finalize the agreement, and the team opted to former Cleveland Browns safety Damarious Randall at half the cost instead. Apple — who helped the Buckeyes to a national championship as a redshirt freshman in 2014 and was the most valuable defensive player of the 2016 Fiesta Bowl — will be reunited in Carolina with former Ohio State wide receiver Curtis Samuel and offensive lineman Branden Bowen.

All credential requests must be submitted in writing on company letterhead to Dan Edwards, Vice President of Communications and Media, Jacksonville Jaguars, One Stadium Place, Jacksonville, FL 32202, or by fax to (904) 633-6055. Requests must be received at least one week prior to a home game. PARKING: Parking in lots surrounding the stadium is limited. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for parking passes, but parking cannot be provided for all credentialed media. The appropriate parking pass will be required for access to all stadium parking lots on game days. Television trucks which provide satellite, uplink or microwave functions will be parked in the TV truck compound near Gate 1, and a parking pass is required. MEDIA ENTRANCE, CREDENTIAL WILL CALL: The media entrance at the stadium is Gate 1, at the southwest corner of the stadium. The appropriate game credential must be presented at the media entrance for admission to the stadium. Game credentials not picked up in advance will be available on game day at the media will-call window at Gate 1. The Media Will Call window will open three hours prior to kickoff. Parking passes will not be left at the Will Call window.
