Weekly Parish Bulletin - August 29, 2021 7 EDUCATION NEWS

Dear Parish Family, We are ALIVE in Christ! It has been so life-giving to welcome our students back to campus! Our theme this year is Arise and Shine and Give God the Glory! I love that we are all back in session! Our students are laughing, learning and growing in the ways of the Lord. The school year began last week and we held our annual Back to School Picnic on campus the first Friday of the school year. Our PTU came out to support and help us in droves! We continue to be reminded of the great support we enjoy from our parents and parish. Thank you! We are so grateful and excited to be enjoying much more of a normal-for-Saint Ambrose School return to school. We remain vigilant with successful and proven health protocols in place. This allows our students to collaborate, create, communicate and critically think using best practices and procedures. Praise God! The smiles and joy we enjoy each day are contagious. These beautiful end-of-summer days have been filled with sunshine. We praise God for His goodness and blessings! Our 8th Grade spent time together the first week in retreat to grow closer to Christ and each other on our beautiful campus. Seventh Grade students enjoyed their retreat time this past week. We are blessed to have Ms. Maria Crookston assisting our HSP Religion Teacher/Campus Minister, Mr. Ryan Bagley. What a privilege we enjoy here at Saint Ambrose School to form who are happy, healthy and growing in the Lord! From Preschool- 8th Grade we are ALIVE in CHRIST and enjoying a fantastic school start in faith, hope and love! Please join us for our Fall Golf Outing at Bunker Hill on September 18.
