When it’s cold and windy outside, you don’t want your little toes to get cold! That’s why you throw on your Australian UGG boots. UGG boots are warm and fuzzy. You can wear them with socks or without, but the people who made them recommend them without socks.
UGG boots come in all shapes and sizes. They can be short, medium, tall, booties, slippers, tennis shoes, clogs, moccasins and even come in flip flops! You can match these boots with any type of outfit and they come in 16 different colors! They have men boots, but woman UGGs are more popular. They carry each and every size up to men’s 12. There are also many UGG designs! Do you like buttons? What about stripes? Do you like your ankle and toes to be different colors? If you answered yes to any of these, there is a pair of UGGs out there for you! Their boot prices range from $50.99 to $1054.68. That is from baby sizes, to men’s sizes!
You might be wondering what UGG boots are made of, and how they are made. Well, they are actually made of sheepskin! That might sound bad, but sheep are NOT butchered to make them. The Australian UGG boot company uses leftover sheepskin, from all ready butchered sheep. We eat sheep, while their skin is on our feet! So technically, UGG boots do not harm sheep in the making. They were originally manufactured in Australia in the year 1971. Now they are also manufactured in China!
A lot of you may be wondering, why in the world are UGG boots so popular? I mean, it is kind of weird that a boot brand called UGG, which means ugly, could grow to be so popular! Last year over one million pairs of boots were sold nationwide! That is twice as many than in the year 2000! As you can see, UGGs have gotten very popular, very fast. Sure they are expensive, but I have had my UGG boots since sixth grade and they are still in good shape.
