RULES OF THE GLOBAL GWENT World Masters Divination Challenge

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This document (“Rules”) describes the terms and conditions of the GWENT World Masters Divination Challenge (further: “Challenge”). 2. The finals of GWENT World Masters: Season 1 are round the corner. Therefore, we would like to invite you (we will later refer to you as the “Contestant”) to take part in a very exciting quest before the finals begin! 3. We encourage you to try to predict the winners and scores of GWENT World Masters quarterfinals, semifinals and final (“GWENT Finals”). Will player A beat player B in one of the quarterfinals? Can player C defeat player D during the semi-final? What score will it be? 3:0, 3:1 or maybe 3:2? 4. The Challenge is organized by CD PROJEKT S.A., a company with its registered office in Warsaw (03- 301), Poland, ul. Jagiellońska 74, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000006865, tax identification number NIP 7342867148, statistical number REGON 492707333; share capital of PLN 100,738,800.00, paid up in full (further: “we” or the “Organizer”).

§ 2. CONTESTANTS

1. You can participate in the Challenge if you are at least 18 years old on the day of entering the Challenge and you have full legal capacity, i.e., you can independently enter into legal transactions, including binding contracts, in accordance with your local law. 2. All information provided by the Contestants for the purposes of the Challenge are provided voluntarily, however they may be necessary to participate in the Challenge and in case of the Winners - also in order to receive the Prizes.

§ 3. CHALLENGE DATES

1. The Challenge begins on May 31st, 2021 12:00 CEST and ends on June 4th, 2021 23:59 CEST (“Challenge Period”).

§ 4. SUBMISSIONS

1. In order to participate in the Challenge you have to have a GOG.COM account, log in using your GOG.COM account on masters.playgwent.com/en/divination-challenge (“Challenge Website”), accept the Rules and provide us with an answer (i.e. game’s probable winner or winner and score of GWENT Finals) in accordance with the Rules as set below. 2. You can provide answers regarding winners and scores of the following games of GWENT Finals: quarterfinals (4 games), semifinals (2 games) and final (1 game). 3. During the Challenge Period, you may modify your answers as you please. 4. Answers have to be submitted within the Challenge Period. Answers submitted outside this period will not participate in the Contest. 5. One answer entails a possible winner or possible winner and score of the games of GWENT Finals. 6. You must make your submission in person. It is not permitted to make submissions on behalf of other entities or people. One Contestant can provide only one answer regarding particular game. 5. Your answer must be submitted only via the Challenge Website. Answers submitted via other means (e.g. direct message, forum, social media) will not be taken into account. 6. The Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify Contestants if they violate the provisions of applicable law, principles of community life, Challenge Rules or other applicable rules and regulations. 7. In case of technical or organizational issues, please contact the Organizer at https://support.cdprojektred.com/

§ 5. PRIZES

1. The Winners of the Challenge will receive the following Prizes:

a) 50 (fifty) units of meteorite powder per one correct answer – if the Contestant provides from 1 (one) to 7 (seven) correct answers regarding both: winners and scores of GWENT Finals;

b) 800 (eight hundred) units of meteorite powder – if the Contestant provides 7 (seven) correct answers regarding winners of GWENT Finals;

c) 800 (eight hundred) units of meteorite powder, Crystal Ball border and 3 (three) leader skins (Unseen Elder Dark Blood Armor Skin, Zerrikanian Radovid Skin, Wraith Skin) - if the Contestant provides 7 (seven) correct answers regarding both: winners and scores of GWENT Finals.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to award other special prizes to the Winners at its sole discretion. 3. The Winners will be informed about the fact of winning the Prize on the Challenge Website. 4. The Prizes will be automatically allocated to Winner’s GOG.COM Account by no later than June 18, 2021 23:59 CEST. 5. In case a particular Winner has not been provided with a Prize within the designated period of time, he/she should send a request to the Organizer at https://support.cdprojektred.com/ till June 30, 2021. In order to evaluate Contestant’s request, the Organizer may ask him/her to provide additional information.

§ 6. CONTESTANT’S OBLIGATIONS AND DECLARATIONS

By logging in on the Challenge Website you (as a Contestant) confirm that you fulfil the requirements set out in the Rules.

§ 7. PERSONAL DATA

1. Your personal data controllers are CD PROJEKT S.A. and GOG sp. z o.o. (acting as joint controllers) with their registered seat in Warsaw, Poland, ul. Jagiellońska 74, 03-301 Warszawa. 2. We may process the following personal data of yours: a) Contestant: GOG.COM Account ID and password, name, likeness (if applicable), any other personal data included in the Answer (if applicable), information provided within the course of communication with the Organizer (if applicable); b) Winner: GOG.COM Account ID and password, other information provided within the course of communication with the Organizer (if applicable). 3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the Challenge organized by CD PROJEKT, in which you intend to take part, in particular for the purpose of assessing submissions, awarding Prizes, announcing results, communicating with the Contestants and providing the Winners with Prizes. 4. The joint controllers, in accordance with an arrangement between them, will have the following responsibilities in case of processing of your personal data: a) GOG sp. z o.o. – data processing in context of GOG account authentication and delivery of the Prizes at Winners’ Gwent accounts; b) CD PROJEKT S.A. – data processing in context of registering and assessing submissions, awarding Prizes, announcing results, communicating with the Contestants, handling complaints, facilitating the exercise of data subjects’ rights. 5. We respect your privacy rights i.e. the right to access, rectify and delete your data, limit its processing, transfer it, a right not to be a subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and to object to the processing of your personal data (you will find more details about processing of your personal data in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy and GOG Privacy Policy).

§ 8. INDEMNITY

The Organizer will not cover any potential costs incurred by the Contestant in connection with the Challenge.

§ 9. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Rules are published in the English language version. 2. The Rules are governed and construed in accordance with the Polish law. 3. The Challenge is not a game of chance, a lottery or any other game referred to in the Polish Act of 19 November 2009 on Gambling Games. 4. The Rules come into force on May 31st 2021.
