TERMS OF SALE All purchasers will be required to sign the Standard Conditions of Sale of Grass Keep as supplied by Southern Counties Auctioneers. The Vendors will claim the Single Farm Payment. Purchasers will be responsible for fencing their livestock and liable for straying. No round or rectangular feeders. Purchasers shall pay 50% on the day of purchase and 50% by way of a post-dated cheque dated 1st July 2017. The Auctioneers recommend that all lots are viewed prior to Auction.
