Band members wore placards that showed which legislative district they came from to attend Eastern. They came from more than one third of the districts in Arizona to play in the band.

By popular demand, the band was asked to return to the legislature again on February 19 to perform during Arizona’s community college day at the legislature. Also in attendance were Gila Hank and some of the mascots from the other community colleges.
