That sounds After-School Class in awesome! Are you going Computer Animation! to the Animation class?

BITS, BYTES & BOTS provides technology workshops, field trips and after-school classes using our mobile technology classroom.

In this basic class students will learn how to create their own short animated stories, or cartoons. Students will learn how to animate pre-made models, and use timelines and layers. After the animation is complete, movie- editing software will then be used to add titles and sound. At the end of class, students will be given a CD with all the animation projects the class has done. This class is great for anyone interested in how computer animation works. For Windows computers only. Note: This class should not be confused with our stop-motion movie class which uses LEGO figures and building sets. In the computer animation class, all work is done on the computer.

Educational benefits: Students will use organizational skills while being introduced to concepts of computer animation and movie-editing software.
