Anti-LRG1 monoclonal antibody, clone FQS23473 (DCABH-6565) This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use. PRODUCT INFORMATION Product Overview Rabbit monoclonal to LRG1 Antigen Description The protein encoded by this gene is a glycogen phosphorylase found predominantly in the brain. The encoded protein forms homodimers which can associate into homotetramers, the enzymatically active form of glycogen phosphorylase. The activity of this enzyme is positively regulated by AMP and negatively regulated by ATP, ADP, and glucose-6-phosphate. This enzyme catalyzes the rate-determining step in glycogen degradation. Immunogen Synthetic peptide (the amino acid sequence is considered to be commercially sensitive) within Human LRG1 aa 250 to the C-terminus (Cysteine residue). The exact sequence is proprietary.Database link: P02750 Isotype IgG Source/Host Rabbit Species Reactivity Mouse, Rat, Human Clone FQS23473 Purity Tissue culture supernatant Conjugate Unconjugated Applications WB, IP, IHC-P Positive Control Human plasma and Human serum lysates; Human lung tissue.
