É de importância extrema em todas as etapas da vida. Através da educação, os alunos podem atingir o infinito do conhecimento e desta forma podem crescer protegendo os seus valores, beneficiando a sociedade e exprimindo-se corretamente. O Ensino e Formação Profissional (EFP) tem uma grande importância para que possamos prever o futuro da nossa cidade e do nosso país. Desde que comecei a trabalhar na Direcção Provincial da Educação Nacional de Karaman, com numerosos avanços importantes no campo da educação, estamos intensamente empenhados em formar indivíduos saudáveis e felizes ao criar um ambiente educativo adequado para a população local. Como instituição, de forma a atingir este objetivo, trabalhamos para contribuir para o desenvolvimento social e económico da nossa população e para aumentar os padrões da educação ao implementar tipos de projetos locais, nacionais e internacionais. Em vez de abordagens tradicionais na educação, as nossas prioridades básicas são de educar com métodos e técnicas de ensino modernas que podem responder às necessidades da nossa atualidade, e de educar indivíduos que adaptam valores culturais e morais. Com a parceria de cinco países diferentes, o projeto ―Enhancing Employment Opportunities for Vet Learners with RedBook‖ foi conduzido com sucesso e houve uma partilha significante entre os cinco países principalmente nos campos da educação e formação profissional e da cultura. No âmbito do projeto, professores e administradores tiveram várias formações, seminários e conferências e assim aumentaram o seu conhecimento. Como resultado, quero agradecer às equipas do projeto das instituições parceiras e da nossa instituição e estou convicto de que voltarão a liderar mais projetos bem sucedidos. Mevlüt KUNTOĞLU Diretor da Direcção Provincial da Educação Nacional de Karaman 4 5 DESCRIÇÃO DO PROJETO E INTRODUÇÃO DOS PARCEIROS DO PROJETO A ideia para o projeto surgiu das necessidades urgentes do ensino e formação profissional após longos debates. A equipa do projeto fez revisões bibliográficas, pesquisas e análises sobre o tópico do projeto. O ensino e formação profissional é marcadamente importante para a economia e mão-de-obra futuras. Em Karaman/Turquia, o mercado de trabalho precisa de mais soldadores, mecânicos, técnicos e eletricistas qualificados. No âmbito do projeto, esperamos adicionar mais valores ao ensino e formação de alunos de EFP. No Guia do Programa Erasmus+ de 2015, as relações entre o mercado de trabalho e a mão-de-obra de alunos de EFP recomendou atividades e projetos no campo do ensino e formação profissional. No projeto, os objetivos práticos são: *Identificar as necessidades do mercado de trabalho *Informar professores de EFP sobre novas oportunidades de trabalho *Criar novas oportunidades e instalações de trabalho para alunos de EFP tendo em consideração o mercado de trabalho *Desenvolvimento profissional baseado no trabalho e a compreensão do ensino *Apoiar o desenvolvimento profissional de professores e formadores de EFP *Partilhar boas práticas *Identificar as necessidades dos alunos de EFP e qual a ação a tomar; analisar as suas competências e características *Criar currículos baseados no trabalho para alunos de EFP *Monitorização e avaliação da aprendizagem e desenvolvimento dos sistemas de EFP *Integrar as famílias no sistema educativo Tudo isto serve para aumentar a qualidade do sistema de ensino e formação profissional. Todas as atividades criadas e planeadas para o projeto vão apoiar estes objetivos práticos. Estas atividades vão adicionar valores, novas práticas e resoluções de conflito dos problemas nos sistemas de ensino e formação profissional. Especificamente, o ―Red Book‖ vai orientar as famílias, alunos, professores, formadores, funcionários e empregadores em órgãos privados. Este livro é uma metodologia e análise de ideias e pontos de vista. Este trabalho vai ajudar os alunos de EFP a planear o seu futuro e as suas carreiras. O EFP formal é administrado pela Direcção Geral MoNE do Ensino e Formação Profissional (DG EFP) e o EFP não-formal pela Direcção Geral MoNE da Aprendizagem ao Longo da Vida (DG ALV); EFP do ensino pós-secundário (ISCED 5B) é administrado pelo Conselho do Ensino Superior (CES). EFP formal (ISCED 3) é dado em 3 escolas; Centros de Ensino e Formação Profissional; Escolas Secundárias de Ensino e Formação Anatolianas e Escolas Secundárias Anatolianas de Programas Múltiplos e numa variedade de escolas privadas reconhecidas por diversas leis, por exemplo escolas geridas por empresas, câmaras e Zonas Industriais Organizadas (OIZs). Although the technical definition of RSS isn't the easiest to understand, don't let that scare you away from this useful timesaving tool. If you are unfamiliar with RSS, I recommend this short video: RSS in Plain English. It explains RSS simply and shows you how to subscribe to feeds by looking for this logo on your favorite blogs and websites. In addition to the orange RSS icon, look for these icons as well Once you've subscribed to several sites, you view them in your RSS reader of choice. The video recommends using Google Reader which no longer exists. Below is a list of RSS readers and dashboards to help you keep all of your RSS feeds in one convenient location. Most RSS readers allow you to subscribe to feeds directly from their website by simply typing in a URL, ie www.lsntap.org will give you the headlines for all of LSNTAP's blog posts. A lot of RSS readers have additional features which allow you to create customized dashboards with RSS feeds, email, weather, etc. There are many more RSS readers out there. If one of these isn't exactly what you are looking for, I suggest doing some more research. Here is a list of RSS readers that you might find useful. Netvibes/Bloglines (Great Free version) Both sites allows you to create multiple dashboards. You can have a dashboard for work, home, or for different projects.

Once again, the Handbook has been revised and updated to reflect the evolution of this discipline, and the many strategic, operational and technical challenges OSINT practitioners have to grapple with. Given the speed of change on the web, some might question the wisdom of pulling together such a resource. What’s wrong with the Top 10 tools, or the Top 100? There are only so many resources one can bookmark after all. Such arguments are not without merit. My fear, however, is that they are also shortsighted. I offer four reasons why. To begin, a shortlist betrays the widening spectrum of OSINT practice. Whereas OSINT was once the preserve of analysts working in national security, it now embraces a growing class of professionals in fields as diverse as journalism, cybersecurity, investment research, crisis management and human rights. A limited toolkit can never satisfy all of these constituencies. Second, a good OSINT practitioner is someone who is comfortable working with different tools, sources and collection strategies. The temptation toward narrow specialisation in OSINT is one that has to be resisted. Why? Because no research task is ever as tidy as the customer’s requirements are likely to suggest. Third, is the inevitable realisation that good tool awareness is equivalent to good source awareness. Indeed, the right tool can determine whether you harvest the right information.

The technical debt being born by Android developers from these systemic errors appears to be due to insufficient, or erroneous, guidance, practices, or tools. This dissertation proposes a re- engineering adaptation of refactoring, called repatterning, and pays down some of this debt. We investigated 323 Android applications for code smells, corrective patterns, or enhancement patterns related to the three exceptions. I then applied the discovered patterns to the locations suggested by the code smells in fifteen randomly selected applications. I measured the before and after reliability of the applications and observed a statistically significant improvement in reliability for two of the three exceptions. I found repatterning had a positive effect on the reliability of Android applications. This research demonstrates how refactoring can be generalized and used as a model to affect non-functional qualities other than the restructuring related attributes of maintainability and adaptability.
