Overview

 Three-to-four week programs for US undergraduate students. Participants can explore the culture, heritage and history of the UK while experiencing higher education at a United Kingdom university  Students apply to one of several U.K. universities that entails programs centered around various culture concepts. This list of universities includes: o , , University of , University of Westminster, Glasgow School of Art and the University of Strathclyde. , , American Institute for Foreign Technology, and Queen’s University Belfast  Individuals accepted will have a chance to immerse themselves in a learning environment alongside leading academics and professionals, as well as an enriching culture. o Includes opportunities to explore the surrounding attractions such as museums, castles, battlegrounds, and areas of scenic beauty  Fulbright Commission covers multiple institute costs such as: o International travel, tuition/fees of host institution, room and board, and occasionally a daily allowances for meals

Eligibility Requirements

 Current U.S. citizen with a valid passport  At least 18 years old by the time of program start  Availability to participate in the program in its entirety  Minimum GPA of 3.7 by the time of program start  Have 2 years of undergraduate study left after the institute program end  Little or no experience with studying or traveling outside of the U.S.

Application Materials

 Review the Terms and Conditions found on the Institute’s website  Completion of an online application which includes short answer essays  Scan and upload an official transcript in PDF form  2 letters of references, 1 being from a recent professor  After initial applications have been submitted, Skype interviews will be conducted with students who advanced in the process
