William Shakespeare on Film, Video and Stage Titles in bold red font with an asterisk (*) represent the crème de la crème – first choice titles in each category. These are the titles you’ll probably want to explore first. Titles in bold black font are the second- tier – outstanding films that are the next level of artistry and craftsmanship. Once you have experienced the top tier, these are where you should go next. They may not represent the highest achievement in each genre, but they are definitely a cut above the rest. Finally, the titles which are in a regular black font constitute the rest of the films within the genre. I would be the first to admit that some of these may actually be worthy of being “ranked” more highly, but it is a ridiculously subjective matter. • Supergirl Season 2 Episode 7
Supergirl season 2 episode 7 Continue Welcome to Supergirl Talk, our regular feature breaking the CW's highs and lows in the Supergirl TV show starring Melissa Benoist in the super smiling title role. Your companions travel along the way to Superman super-fan Chris Haley, and intrepid reporter Katie Schenkel. This week, Supergirl finds out who pulls the strings in Cadmus, the Guardian is wanted for murder, and surprisingly comes back abound. The Darkest Place was directed by Glenn Winter on a screenplay by Robert Rovner and Paula Yoo.Chris: I don't think this week's episode was bad or even not good, but I also don't know how to put my finger on how it made me feel. Left me with a strange feeling. Odd may be the best word. Some things I liked, and some things I didn't like, and certainly there was no shortage of things we could talk about this week, but what do you think, Katie? Katie: Kind of the same place. It felt pretty much like a transitional episode, with storylines moving forward, including a lot of shows of certain characters, but only a few actually big moments. I think I can at first say that I was completely wrong about the preview last week --- it was definitely not because of the blood M'gann that we saw David Harewood attack Supergirl in the preview. No, the real Hank is back! Chris: Yes, now the title of the game will get even more confusing with Hank/J'onn and Hank/Hank (aka Cyborg Superman) both around and attacking people.

  • Bromley Boys Press
SYNOPSIS In 1969, with England preparing for the defence of their World Cup crown and George Best delighting crowds with his virtuoso skills at Old Trafford, 15-year-old Dave Roberts fell in love...head over heels in love… with his local Non-League club Bromley FC. The Lillywhites was a team which had seen better days: crowds had dwindled to less than a hundred; players were turning up late - if at all - and the team was letting in so many goals that taunting opposition fans would lose count of the score. Dave Roberts was a loner in love with football. Finding it hard to fit in at school, he longs to be accepted into the inner sanctum of Bromley FC’s most loyal fans. These fans include Derek, Roy and Peter - three misfits with less influence at the club than they imagine. A chance meeting at a local cafe means Dave is welcomed into the fold but there’s a catch... he must lead the way in forcing current team manager Dick Ellis out. While enforcing a bungled one-man protest, Dave meets Ruby, the daughter of belligerent club Chairman Charlie McQueen. The awful season continues to be illuminated by brief moments of quality provided mainly by Dave’s hero and Bromley’s star player, Alan Stonebridge. During a search to ask ‘Stoney’ some questions for his scrapbook, Dave stumbles in to the Chairman’s office and across a secret that will change Bromley Football Club forever. But before he can investigate further he is interrupted by the Chairman’s daughter, and child genius, Ruby..
