The 2021 President’s Cup INFORMATION & ENTRY COST: $40 per person ($80 per team)

FORMAT: **NEW FORMAT FOR 2021** Four Team Play-In Pods to Reach Round of 16 • Round Robin Format • Three Matches Guaranteed • Teams with the most points will win their pod and advance to the round of 16. We must have an even number of teams (4) in each pod. Depending on the number of pods, we will have wildcards advance based on 2nd place team in each pod, win-loss record and points earned to reach 16 teams.

ROUND ROBIN: Win/Loss record to determine position in each pod. Match Play Aggregate Scoring for Tie Breaking • All 18 Holes Played • 1 Point Hole Win, .5 Points Hole Tie, 0 Points Hole Lost • If tied after 18, please proceed to #1 until tie is broken

TIE BREAK: 1. Head-To-Head 2. Most Points 3. Best Match Total Points 4. Coin Toss (Subject to change)

FIELD SIZE: 64 Two-man teams - Teams registering last will be put on a waitlist if uneven team numbers exist.

ELIGIBILITY: Any Creekmoor Golf Member (Resident or Certificate), or Creekmoor Resident Must have an established USGA GHIN Handicap - No exceptions

TEES: Tees available for use are the White or the Gold Tee. Each player may choose their tees. You are not allowed to change your tee selection during the event.

HANDICAPS: 90% of Course Handicap • Play off Low Player(s) in Foursome • Day of Match Used

SEEDING: Due to the change in format, all seeding will be determined by team combined Handicap Index (ties broken by lowest index of team)

IMPORTANT INFO: Registration link www.golfgenius.com/ggid/tcwkeq/register. This form must be turned in with payment before deadline. Please use the Live Scoring feature when playing matches. Incomplete player rounds, par plus handicap will be applied for the remaining holes. These scores will be posted as Tournament scores.

PAYOUTS: All payouts will be made in Golf Shop Credit. Amounts to be determined after field size is set and trophies are ordered.
