What’s most impressive is that it’s obvious these folks are nowhere close to being done. Witness a new column from Steve Penhollow, Fort Forward, which will keep whatzup readers apprised of the many community and cultural enhancements in various stages of development. His inaugural column features various community leaders’ attempt to create a “destination festival” (think Lollapalooza) in downtown Fort Wayne.
