Revise to include: " ... chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet." 2) Your product labeling includes the use of the term "germs". In order to have an unqualified germ claim, your product must have public health data on the following three classes of organisms: bacteria, fungi and viruses. Since you have not provided data to demonstrate that your product is effective against a pathogenic fungi, your label must include a qualified germ claim (see attachment). Place an asterisk next to the four instances of the use of the term "germs" on page two and the three instances on page three as well as the one instance of the use of the term "germicides" on page three. This tenninology is false and misleading. 4) Revise the "General Cleaning Toilet Bowl" section on page five by revising to include the following: " ... To clean other acid resistant toilet bowl or urinal surfaces, dilute product. .. " 5) Revise the "To Clean and Disinfect" section on page five by beginning the section as follows: "Preclean then flush toilet and use ... " 6) Revise the "To Disinfect Urinals" section on page five, item #4 by deleting the reference to the tenn "clean" and replacing with the word scrub. Step #1 includes the pre-cleaning, thus it is confusing to the user to refer to cleaning in #4 when you are actually disinfecting in this step. 7) Your Special Instructions for Cleaning Toilets in the Hospital/Health Care &ection on page five do not actually include directions on how to clean toilets. Revise this sectionto include the following infonnation immediately after the Contact time statement. Repeat the language from the left column on this page beginning: "Remove gross filth.prior to disinfection. Empty toilet bowl or urinal and apply solution of 1 to 2 ounces of this product to exposed surfaces including under the rim, with a cloth, mop, sponge or-sprayer. Brush or swab thoroughly and allow to stand for 10 minutes and flush." General Comments A stamped copy of the accepted labeling is enclosed. Submit one (1) copy of your final printed labeling before distributing or selling the productbearing the revised labeling. If the above conditions are not complied with, the registration will be subject to cancellation in accordance with FIFRA section 6 (e).
