James Martin’s Islands to Highlands Monday, 8pm 5th July ITV

A recut version of the series following James Martin as he sets off on his foodie travels across the UK, meeting up with fellow foodies in his favourite locations.

James begins in Cornwall, joined by his close pal Galton Blackiston. They discover some world-class ice cream, before James cooks seafood tapas. Then, they enjoy a painting challenge on Sennen beach, where James cooks a surf and turf on his barbeque.

Long Lost Family Monday, 9pm 5th July ITV

Davina McCall and present the moving documentary series that aims to reunite long lost family members after many long years of separation.

Former Premiership and Scotland footballer Dominic Matteo started to search for his birth mother after suffering a life-threatening brain tumour, while Lisa Phillips looks for her mother after the pain of not having her there when she got married.

Martin Clunes: My Travels and Other Animals Thursday, 8.30pm 8th July ITV

The actor’s series, which looks back at some of his most exciting journeys around the globe - featuring the people and animals he met en route - continues.

Martin is looking at horses in history. He begins in the Pyrenees, where horses were drawn on the walls 14,000 years ago, before heading to Warwickshire to see how they were used in battle in Medieval times. He finishes at the Meydan racecourse in Dubai.

A three-part documentary celebrating Diana’s life and achievements and showing how each era of her life encapsulated the spirit of the age and inspired change.

Princess Diana was an icon who captured and transformed the spirt of the times. Here we see how this modern princess emerged from the bra-burning spirit of the 1970s and helped transform the fortunes of not just the Royal Family but Britain itself.
