V rámci teorie práce představuje obecné náležitosti hudebního videoklipu a jeho strukturu, vztah mezi videoklipem a skladbou, dále také žánry a populární režiséry videoklipů. Vzhledem ke zvolenému vzorku videoklipů je pozornost věnována i roli žen v audiovizi. Cílem práce je v rámci analýzy identifikovat, popsat a interpretovat prvky, které jsou k reprezentaci tématu užity, a na základě analýzy demonstrovat skutečnost, že hudební videoklipy představují významné médium. Výzkum vychází z návrhu sémiotické analýzy Daniela Chandlera. Named Master Toy Licensee for Victorious NEW YORK, Feb. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Building on the momentum of the successful first season of Victorious, Nickelodeon Consumer Products today announced that Spin Master will be the master toy licensee for the top-rated program. Spin Master's new line of products, including fashion dolls and playsets, will debut at New York Toy Fair 2011. "I've had so many incredible things happen to me in the past year...but I never thought I would be co-designing a doll that looks like me," said Victoria Justice, star of Victorious. "It will be based on my character, Tori from my show, Victorious, and she will sing! How cool is that?"
