The hiring of the former NBA player garnered significant coverage, which highlighted that Alabama could become just as well- known for basketball as for football.

Comments The majority of Baylor’s top spokespeople were quoted in connection to a legal matter the school during the analysis timeframe, in which a student member of the football team was convicted of sexual assault. This is reflected by the prominence of the school’s president/chancellor and director of athletics on the top five most quoted list. Aside from that, much of the commentary from top spokesperson and head coach Art Briles was around training camp, the beginning of the season, and trying to get over last year’s upset at the Cotton Bowl (in which Michigan overcame a 20-point fourth quarter deficit to upset Baylor).
