With this singular purpose in mind Aadesh Shrivastava today presented his latest Album ‘Global Sounds of Peace’ LIVE In Concert at the Shahji Raje Bhosle Krida Sankul on Martyrs Day, Wednesday 30 January 2013. The concert was produced by Raaga Entertainment and Pratap Singh.Present at the concert was Abhishek Bachchan, Subroto Roy, Ashutosh Gowarikar, Govinda, Kunal Kapoor, Mehul Choksi, Shekhar Suman with his son besides of course the performers like Amitabh Bachchan, Kailash Kher, Sunidhi Chauhan, Kavita Seth, Kavita Krishnamurthy, Shankar Mahadevan and lot more.The concert featured Dr Amitabh Bachchan singing Raag Basanti in his mesmerising baritone voice. It also showcased some of the best musical talents in India and across the globe including Shankar Mahadevan, Sonu Nigam, Shaan, Kailash Kher, Raghu Dixit, Sunidhi Chauhan, Vijeyta Pandit, Kavita Krishnamurthy, L Subramanium, and performances by Shiamak Davar’s Talented Dance group. International artists Pamela Logoie and Akon are also part of this international collaboration. The voices of the next gen were also heard as Ambi and Bindu Subramanium; Avitesh and Anivesh Shrivastava regaled the audiences with their melodious vocals along with Naina Bachchan at the piano.All of these singers and artistes performed to the beats of the World Raaga Symphony, an amalgamation of the London Philharmonic Orchestra and Indian instrumentalists led by David Murphy and a joint collaboration with Aadesh Shrivastava.Said Aadesh Shrivastava about this initiative, “This concert is an offering from my soul to all of humanity, in the hope that the universal language of music will resonate to all those who hear these melodies and help unite them as one family - one world.     PROFILE OF SNEHA PANT Sneha Pant, a Playback Singer, was born in Delhi, India, where she was learning Indian Classical from Guruma Shikha Ganguly.She started her career stint at the raw age of 10 by entering competitions and ensuring winning them.Her break was when Kalyanji Anandji asked her to come to Mumbai and undergo further training by Kalyanji.Once in Mumbai, Kalyanji – Anandji immediately made her a part of their prestigious group- Little Wonders where she was the lead singer in more than 800 shows both in India and overseas. A key turning point in Sneha’s career came in 1995, when she entered the Sa Re Ga Ma childrens’ Reality Show. She slammed her way in 1998 as the winner of the Mega Finals of the Childrens’ Special of Sa Re Ga Ma. She further won and also got nominated for many prestigious awards for her contribution to Bollywood as a Playback Singer like MTV Immies, Stardust and many more. Sneha has sung more than 500 songs in all genres of Bollywood and Regional Cinema. US based Cognizant Technology Solutions continued its recent trend of overshadowing Indian based rivals such as Tata Consultancy Services by reporting the strongest quarterly number in its 21-year history that galloped past market expectation comfortably and also raised its full year revenue during the year. “The blowout quarterly revenue increase in dollar terms was the strongest in the company history,” said chief executive Francisco D’Souza in a post earning conference call with investors. “We saw very robust underlying demand across the geographies and industries we serve. This is a clear reflection of the strength of our business model that enables us to make investment in anticipation of evolving demand.” D’Souza added that cognizant which has most of its operation and employees in India, would aggressively continue to pursue acquisition, especially in the digital space and in geographies such as Asia Pacific where Cognizant is looking to establish a stronger presence. Over the past five years cognizant along with larger Indian rival TCS has the bench mark for the sector grabbing market share away from firms like Infosys and Wipro. Analysts on average were expecting Cognizant to post revenue of 3.03 billion. According to Bloomberg, this increase from Cognizant also comes at a time when global technology spending is in the doldrums. 1 | P a g e 2.
