The festival plays host to a staggering 30,000 people, 3,000 campers, 386 rugby, netball, hockey and dodgeball teams over the Spring May Bank Holiday Weekend each year. The company also owns Viper 10 which is the brand leader in performance sportswear and customised teamwear. Launched in 2008, the event has established itself as the world’s largest sport and music festival attracting 30,000 people to Bournemouth Sports Club. In 2015, Bournemouth 7s celebrated eight years of success and with the event selling out in record time, it was undoubtedly the best event to date. Described as the Sporting Glastonbury, the event proudly hosted 386 teams across Rugby 7s, Netball 7s, Dodgeball and Hockey 7s. With the event attracting some of the largest global brands around, the opportunities for festival-goers at this years event were endless. Brands such as Lucozade Sport, Tuborg, Somersby, Toro Pro, Muscle Milk and Kopparberg played a vital role in the success by sponsoring a selection of the 10 live arenas on offer. In addition to this, crowds flocked to the various experiential stations offered by sponsors within the Main Festival Arena.
