Any corrigendum regarding modification/ addition in tender specification or in terms & conditions of the tender shall only be published on the above site. 3 Tender Fee Rs.295/- (Two hundred Ninety- Five only) (nonrefundable) by way of Cash/ Demand Draft on any Schedule Bank payable at Shahdol. If contractor wishes to pay in cash, it should be done only at Divisional Office, Cash counter, F&A Dept, Ahuja Market, Shahdol. 4 EMD Rs. 5, 64,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs Sixty Four Thousand Only) (to be refunded to the unsuccessful bidder after award of contract) by way of Demand Draft on any Schedule Bank payable at Shahdol. No interest shall be payable on this. 5 Security Deposit Rs 28, 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Lacs Twenty Thousand Only) Payable by the successful vendor: by way of Demand Draft in favor of LIC of India, on any Schedule Bank payable at Shahdol. With reference to the above tender notice, having examined and understood the instructions, terms and conditions forming part of the tender forms, we hereby enclose our offer for Tender for Guards to be deployed at Offices/ various properties under LIC of India, Divisional Office, Shahdol as detailed in your above referred tender notice. I/We hereby confirm that we have not been black-listed or found guilty on any counts by LIC or any PSU/ BFSI organization/ Government / Semi-Govt./ Quasi Govt. Departments in India or from any statutory body for violation of statutory obligations of the firm, as on date of submission of bid in response to the above Tender. I/We further confirm that the offer is in conformity with the terms and conditions as mentioned in the tender form and I/We agree to abide by each and every one of them during the execution of the tender. Locations for deployment with complete addresses are given in Annexure- C attached herewith. 2) The Tenders are to be submitted in Two bid System i.e. Technical Bid and Financial Bid. Both the bids must be submitted at the same time giving full particulars, but in separate sealed covers duly superscribed as ''Technical Bid for providing Security Guard Services(Unarmed)" and "Financial Bid for providing Security Guard services(Unarmed)". Both these envelopes are to be kept in one big envelope which will be super scribed as ''Tender for providing Security Guard Services (Unarmed)". and addressed to:- The Chairman, Stores Committee, LIC of India, Divisional Office, Jeevan Prakash, New Housing Board Colony, Bypass Road Shahdol- 484001 The envelope for technical bid shall contain the tender fees, EMD, completed and duly sealed and signed tender forms with the supporting documents All pages of the tender form must be duly sealed & signed All the supporting documents which are being submitted along with the tender forms should necessarily be attested by the authorised signatories of the firm. 3) The Technical bids will be opened on 20.12.2019 at 04.00 PM in the presence of Bidders or their respective authorized representative at our above office. All Bidders or their authorized representatives are advised in their own interest to be present at their own cost. The authorized representative must bring an authority letter from the bidder. After scrutiny of the technical bids, in order to satisfy itself about the nature and quality of services rendered by the Bidder, LIC of India may depute its Officer (s) or authorized representative to visit the Institute/Establishments mentioned by the bidder. Besides, LIC of India may also arrange for verification of any document/ testimonial submitted by bidder in support & compliance of technical criteria as laid down in the tender document. It will be mandatory for the bidder to extend full cooperation to LIC of India so that necessary verification is completed without any delay. In case the bidder fails to cooperate or where after verification if it is found that bidder does not meet with the criteria as laid down in the Tender Document, then their bid would be considered as non-responsive and their financial bids will not be opened further and EMD will be forfeited. 4) The financial bids of only those bidders, whose Technical bids are found successful as per terms of Corporation, will be opened at a later date. The financial bids will be opened only if at least two Technical Bids are found successful. In any case, single Financial Bid shall not be opened. 5) The successful Bidder shall be intimated about the award of work and he must deposit Security Deposit within 15 days after communication of selection as successful Bidder and the same amount will be refunded without interest after expiry of the Tender Term on satisfactory performance of the Contract.

Studies on Breeding, Health Care and Milking Management Practices Adopted by the Dairy Owners in Shahdol District of MP, India Sandip Kumar, Aklank Jain and Aroop Kumar Gupta MGCGV, Chitrakoot, Satna, MP, INDIA Available online at: www.isca.in, www.isca.me Received 10 th May 2014, revised 25 th July 2014, accepted 18 th September 2014 Abstract The present study was carried out in Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh. The information was collected from 400 dairy owners from four blocks, five villages from each block in the district. It was observed that majority (94.25%) of the respondents resorted to natural services. About 65.25% of the dairy farmers used more than two services for the conception of the animals. About half of the owners (56.50%) preferred and consult first with livestock assistant for treatment of sick animals. Only 32.25% of the respondents followed vaccination and deworming practices regularly. They rarely used regular practices of deworming. Knuckling (62.25%) was the main method of milking.
