Whilst its primary focus is on all aspects of UK competition law, from a legal, economic and/or policy perspective, it also publishes articles on EU and international competition law. It combines authoritative editorial comment and articles, analysis of essential case law, CMA and European Commission decisions and relevant economic examination presented in an accessible manner. Articles should have a practitioner focus. The maximum number of words for articles is 6 000, although longer articles will be considered. A list of keywords (maximum 8), short abstract (maximum 200 words), introduction and conclusion should be included.
