This implies that the pedagogy needs to go beyond the textbooks and classrooms, and highlight the academia-industry interface even brighter. By restructuring the education sector and its patterns of actions, an interactive and collaborative relation could be mu- tually created between the academic institutions and business organizations to emphasize the learning that is adaptive to the changing time and the demands of the industry. Wherein the students can acquire ‘Industry Ready Skillsets’ and also groom their personality and perspectives to thrive and excel as the fittest. This webinar is going to bring various aspects to the table that are associated with the productive restructuring of education sector so as to create a system that can strike a balance between academia-industry interface while keeping it stu- dent-centric. Needless to say, “E ective Learning” is now the nucleus of this sector and it is a constant process.

Singh Vice Chancellor, Royal Global University Prof. (Dr.) S. P. Singh is a well-known academician & ad- ministrator having dynamic and enterprising personality with more than 29 years of experience in teaching, research and academic administration in institutions of repute across the nation. Professor Singh has an experience of working with various institutions of repute like, Lecturer in Department of Geology University of Lucknow, Lecturer cum Com- municating Organizer in Training and Orientation Centre (TOC), Ministry of HRD, Government of India; Director & Vice-Chairman of Sherwood Group of Institu- tions, Lucknow; Founder Director of Royal Group of Institutions, Guwahati, Sr. Vice-President academics of Amity Education Group, having 7 Universities and several Institutions in India and abroad.
