The following points were considered for declaration of results: • The judges would give marks to all participants and give a ranking list of Top 5 participating Universities (in place of top 3 participating Universities) in every event. • Prizes /mementos and merit certificates will be awarded to top 3 Universities (i.e. first, second and third positions only). The 4th & 5th position holders will get merit certificates only. • In the new system, top 5 Universities in every event would be considered for award of points for final tabulation of scores for the award of overall championship. • If the number of participating universities in any event is more then 10, then 5 teams will be awarded points, if the participants are between 6-10, then 4 would be awarded points and if participants are 5 or less, then top 3 would be awarded points. There would be no joint or bracketed positions. • Pointing system for the GROUP EVENTS will be 10,7,5,3,1, whereas for SOLO EVENTS, it will be 7,5,3,2,1.
