Oscar Arnulfo Romero, Cardinal Posadas Ocampo in Mexico, Isaías Duarte Cancino archbishop of Cali in Colombia and all the pastors who died opposing the drug cartels. With Monsignor Enrique Angelelli, who was killed in Argentina. In El Salvador William Quijano, and Walter Osmin Vásquez Jiménez, 31 years old. In Venezuela, the pastor Iraluis José Garcia Escobar killed in February 2019. In Nicaragua, the Salesian José Maltez, the young lay minister Sandor Dolmus, Dagoberto Noguerra Avendano, Don Jhon Fredy Jaramillo and Don Carlos Ernesto Jaramillo killed in Colombia in February 2019 In Ecuador, Don Arturo Rene Pozo Sampaz. In Peru, the Jesuit Father Carlos Rindavets Montes In Brazil, the Salesian missionary Norberto Hohenscherer, also Fathers Rubén Alcantara Diaz and Juan Miguel Contreras García, 33 years old, who had been ordained one year before. In Burkina Faso, Antonio Cesar Fernandez Fernandez, a Salesian missionary, 72 years old, killed by Islamic extremists in February 2019. In Ivory Coast, Father Bernardin Brou Aka Daniel, Vicar of the parish of the Sacred Heart parish Koun-Abronso, killed in April 2018. In , the pastor Clement Rapuluchukwu Ugwu, killed in mid-March and whose body was found on March 20, 2019; Father Jude Egbom, the priests Father Joseph Gor and Felix Tyolaha, killed with other 16 faithful, Father Louis Odudu, who died few days after his kidnapping in September 2018 and Michael Akawu, and Don Stephen Ekakabor. Blaise Mada and Don Celestine Ngoumbango, killed with other 42 people last November by rebels of the ex Seleka of Ups. Don Albert Toungoumale Baba, who died with other 16 faithful in the massacre perpetrated in the Church of Notre Dame of Fatima, in Bangui. In South Sudan, Victor Luke Odhiambo, the first Kenyan Jesuit, 62 years old. In Kenya, the pastor John Njoroge Muhia. In Malawi, Don Tony Mukomba. In Madagascar, Father Nicolas Ratodisoa, killed in February 2019. In Turkey, in recent years Don , and Bishop Luigi Padovese.
