Charles Claire Coblentz is a student of Dana McComb. Lyrics to the oriGinal song by System of a Down Why don't you ask the kids at Tienanmen Square? Was fashion the reason why they were there? ProGram Notes The song “Hypnotize” was released by the Armenian-American metal band System of a Down in October of 2005 as the lead single from their fifth studio album of the same name. It reached number one on Billboard's Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart and is the band's biggest international hit. Founding band member Serj Tankian was born in Beirut on August 21, 1967. He traces his ancestry to the cities of Dörtyol, Kayseri, Tokat, and Urfa, all of which are in modern-day Turkey. His four grandparents were survivors of the Armenian Genocide. .

PARTITURA PARA BATERIA DE: Por: TÇwxÜáÉÇ VÄx|àÉÇ eÉwÜ|zâxá “CHOP SUEY” 11/2011 BATERA CENTER-SBO/SP. A banda “SYNTEN OF A DOWN” Formada em 1994, Glendale, Califórnia, EUA, atualmente é composta por Serj Tankian (vocais, teclados), Daron Malakian (guitarra, vocais), Shavo Odadjian (baixo) e John Dolmayan (bateria). A banda chegou ao topo após o lançamento do álbum Toxicity, que estreou em primeiro lugar na Billboard e atingiu o topo das paradas no Canadá, inclusive na semana dos ataques de 11 de setembro de 2001 em Nova York. Permaneceu ainda assim no topo na semana dos ataques, embora sob fortes críticas políticas sobre o controverso single "Chop Suey!" que foi banido das rádios americanas devido à sua letra, pois tinha uma grande semelhança aos ataques que aconteceram. OsOs bateristas que passaram pelo SOADSOAD:: Domingo Laranio (Soil, 1993–1994), Andy Khachaturian (1995–1997), John Dolmayan (1997-Atual). A música “CHOP SUEY” A canção foi lançada no álbum Toxicity de 2001 , o segundo da banda . Sua letra fala de suicídio e a falta de estímulo para viver. Um título inicialmente sugerido para a canção seria "Suicide". O baterista “JOHN DOLMAYAN” John William Dolmayan ou Jon Ohannes Dolmayan, nasceu dia 15 de Julho de 1973, Líbano. Ainda criança, mudou-se com sua família para a América do Norte, Los Angeles, fugindo da guerra civil no Líbano. Na adolecência nos Estados Unidos, John começou a tocar bateria quando formou suas primeiras bandas de rock. Sua primeira influência musical, foi seu pai que era saxofonista e amante de jazz, depois veio a descobrir músicos como o baixista Jaco Pastorius (Weather Report), Ginger Baker (Cream), Neil Peart (Rush), entre outros.

ghost meliora full album free download Meliora (album) Background and Recording [ edit | edit source ] Ghost began crafting their third studio album, the follow-up to 2013's Infestissumam, at the end of 2014. The impetus for its "futuristic" theme came to a Nameless Ghoul a month or so prior to starting the Infestissumam tour. While trying out a new guitar rig during a rehearsal, the Ghoul created a "spacey echoed" effect that made a guitar riff sound "futuristic [and] sci-fi". At this point, he had the idea for their next album. A Nameless Ghoul said that, because guitar took a backseat on Infestissumam, the band focused on guitar riffs from the beginning of the new album. He explained that part of this was achieved by having four different guitars, each played through three different amps, making four performances going through 12 amplifiers. They used two Gibson SGs, one from the early 1980s and the other from the 1960s; a 1962 Gibson Les Paul; and a Fender Telecaster. Discussing the selection of Klas Åhlund as producer, the Ghoul said that despite his reputation for working with pop singers and having never produced a heavy metal band before, Åhlund had many of the same musical interests as Ghost. [4] A band member also said, "I definitely think that we got a lot of ideas and a lot of new angles that we wouldn't have had, had we worked with a more established rock producer". A member of the band said that the pre-production, writing and arranging of Meliora took a long time, not allowing for the luxury of recording any non-album songs with the exception of "Zenith", which was left off the main album but added as an extra track to a limited edition.

Dominic Cifarelli Is a Canadian Guitarist Who Debuted on the Music
Dominic Cifarelli is a Canadian guitarist who debuted on the music scene in 2001 with the signing of his first band Pulse Ultra by Velvet Hammer/Atlantic who manages the likes of System of a Down, Deftones, Alice in Chains and various others. Following the signing, Pulse Ultra performed extensively on multiple tours including Ozzfest in Europe and the U.S. as well as supporting spots for American Headcharge, Chevelle and Taproot internationally and in Europe. In 2002 Dominic was featured alongside John Mayer, Derek Trucks & Joe Bonamassa, on the cover of Guitar One magazine - 10 Players You Must Know, solidifying his position as an up-and-coming talent. In 2010 he was featured on the cover of Canadian music magazine Muzik Etc, a publication both in print and online. Pulse Ultra has had music chosen by Nintendo for the Need for Speed 2 video game soundtrack and also by the CW's Smallville television series. Cifarelli’s writing credits include a collaboration with Lukas Rossi on the single "Headspin" which is featured on the album "Rockstar Supernova" starring Tommy Lee, Gilby Clarke and Jason Newsted. Additionally some other contributions to note include performances on French Platinum artist Zaho's debut album and followup release and two guitar solos on a Rush tribute album released by Magna Carta which featured Sebastian Bach (Skid Row), Mike Mangini (Dream Theater) and Stu Hamm (Steve Vai). Cifarelli was also a member of Scars on Broadway, featuring Daron Malakian and John Dolmayan of System of a Down. They played a sold-out headline tour in Europe and supported Metallica on select U.S dates.
