Newsletter January 2018 Keshet Eilon Music Center Management: Itzick Sharir, Chair, Keshet Eilon Organization | Itzhak Rashkovsky, Music Director | Gilad Sheba, Managing Director | Nitza Avidan, VPO Dear members of the Keshet Eilon Organization, donors, supporters and friends in Israel and throughout the world, Summer 2017 marked the Keshet Eilon 27th anniversary. As happens every year, we held an international summer mastercourse for violin, viola and cello players in its unique format. We hope that in addition to the professional polish the students gained, each and every one returned home to serve as good-will ambassador with favorable impressions of Israel. Since then, we continued planning the upcoming seminars and annual concert series for the public; exposing our activities to visitors and guests, as well as hosting guests at our suites and villas; preparing for phase 2 of the construction of our campus; organizing future benefit concerts which widen our circle of friends and donors and seeking funding and resources to enhance Keshet Eilon's purposes. As we celebrate the holiday season, commemorating the year's end and the start of the New Year, we are pleased to send you Keshet Eilon's periodic newsletter, including a detailed summary of the 2017 String Mastercourse and information about our forthcoming events. We wish you a happy, resonating and fruitful 2018. Happy reading!
