CAFOD EMERGENCY CYCLONE IDAI APPEAL: The new Director of CAFOD, Christine Allen, has written to thank parishioners for your generous donations following Family Fast Day and also to ask for additional help to address the humanitarian disaster that has unfolded in Africa as a result of Cyclone Idai. Archbishop Peter has asked us to forward her appeal to parishes. Our parish is holding a Retiring Collection next weekend 6/7 April for this cause. Your contribution will make a huge difference and will go towards providing food, clean water and healthcare to people in desperate need. Thank you for your generosity.

BENEDICTINE SISTERS: MINSTER, RAMSGATE - "COME AND SEE" WEEKEND: The Benedictine Sisters of Minster Abbey, near Ramsgate, are organising a "Come and See" weekend at the Abbey on 12th-14th April. This weekend gives young women an opportunity to learn about and have an experience of the contemplative life. There will be time to meet and talk with the Benedictine Sisters in a relaxed environment and to join them in their work and prayer. We offer our prayers and deepest condolences to Joseph and Terence’s sorrowing family members. Eternal rest grant unto Joseph and Terence, O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon them.
