Krishnan. This petition filed u/s.438 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This petition coming on for hearing on 26.05.2021 and the court on 27.05.2021, passed the following:- O R D E R This is an application for anticipatory bail filed by the petitioners apprehending arrest in crime involving non-bailable offence. 2. The learned Public Prosecutor on instruction submits that no crime has been registered against the petitioners within the jurisdiction of Kochi City police station. A statement to that effect prepared by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (L & O) has also been filed. 2 3. Recording the submission, the petition stands closed. In case the respondent wants to proceed against the petitioner involving a non-bailable offence, notice under Section 41 A of Cr.P.C shall be issued.
