Certainly, our SUPREME ANGELS are Guy S. Little, Jr. for his vision, determination and fortitude in founding The Little Theatre On The Square and serving as Producer, Artistic Director and Executive Director from 1957 through 1978, and his parents Guy, Sr. and Inis and other members of his family who unselfishly participated in and nurtured the theatre for many years. ARCHANGEL status must go to Marion and the late Bob Best, Dr. Tom and Emilee Best, Margaret and the late Dr. Mack Hollowell, Pauline and the late Rev. Stewart Rowles, Mary L. "Stormy" Storm and Ron and Sharon White for their considerable contributions of time, labor, materials, use of physical space andlor direct financial support. e 2002 rALL SEASON Four male singers, killed in a car crash in 1964 on the way to their first big concert, are miraculously revived for a plaid-fabulous time for audiences everywhere. Singing in the closest of harmony and squabbling boyishly over the smallest intonations, the Plaids are a guaranteed smash with a series of well-loved songs and right-on patter that keeps audi- ences laughing when they're not humming along to some of the great nostalgic pop hits of the '50s. , I , October 9 - 20,2002 Bad4/ by ~o~ularDemand Book by Stuart Ross This frenetic entertainment is long on shtick and historical hilarity. It is staged as a backers' audition for an 83.5-million-dollar twelve-hour stage history of the world from creation to the present. Eighteen side-splitting numbers, performed by two actors, portraying Adam and Eve, Attila the Hun. the building of the pyramids, Julius Caesar and Columbus, among others, give potential investors a taste of the impending extravaganza. In the process, the opulent Park Avenue apartment "borrowed for the occasion is trashed as the two snatch its furnish- ings to create makeshift costumes while singing and clowning their way through inventive recreations of the past, stopping occasionally for a little supplicating show biz patter. More than two dozen Christmas carols, many of them vintage hymns, and
