SHRI S. to make a statement regarding Status of implementation of recommendations contained in the Two Hundred and Thirty-seventh Report of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Science and Technology, Environment and Forests on Detailed Demands for Grants (2012-13) pertaining to the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology.

LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS

Bill for introduction

The Wild Life 1. SHRIMATI to move for leave to (Protection) introduce a Bill further to amend the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972. Amendment Bill, 2013. ALSO to introduce the Bill.

Bills for consideration and passing

The National 2. SHRI C.P. JOSHI to move that the Bill further to amend the Highways Authority of National Highways Authority of Act, 1988, as passed by Lok Sabha, be India (Amendment) taken into consideration. Bill, 2012. ALSO to move that the Bill be passed.

SHRI ASHWANI KUMAR to move that the Bill to lay down judicial The Judicial standards and provide for accountability of Judges, and, establish credible and Standards and expedient mechanism for investigating into individual complaints for Accountability Bill, misbehaviour or incapacity of a Judge of the Supreme Court or of a High Court 2012. and to regulate the procedure for such investigation; and for the presentation of an address by Parliament to the President in relation to proceedings for removal of a Judge and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.

ALSO to move that the Bill be passed.

4. FURTHER CONSIDERATION of the following motion moved by The Whistle Blowers Shri V. Narayanasamy on the 29th March, 2012:–– Protection Bill, 2011. “That the Bill to establish a mechanism to receive complaints relating to disclosure on any allegation of corruption or wilful misuse of power or wilful misuse of discretion against any public servant and to inquire or cause an inquiry into such disclosure and to provide adequate safeguards against victimization of the person making such complaint and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.”

5. FURTHER CONSIDERATION of the following motion moved by The Architects Shri on the 14th December, 2011:–– (Amendment) Bill, 2010. “That the Bill further to amend the Architects Act, 1972, be taken into consideration.”

SHRI M.M. PALLAM RAJU to move that the Bill be passed.

6. SHRI SACHIN PILOT to move that the Bill to consolidate and amend The Companies Bill, the law relating to companies, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into 2012. consideration.

ALSO to move that the Bill be passed.

7. SHRI K. RAHMAN KHAN to move that the Bill to amend the Wakf The Wakf Act, 1995, as passed by Lok Sabha and as reported by the Select Committee of (Amendment) Bill, Rajya Sabha, be taken into consideration. 2011.
