SAMPLE ITINERARY ORLANDO PERFORMANCE TOUR (itinerary subject to change) DAY ONE: ORLANDO ARRIVAL (D) Afternoon Arrive into Orlando! Collect your luggage, meet your Tour Manager and load the coach. It's quite easy to get caught up in the isolated worlds of Disney or Universal Orlando, never venturing beyond their constructed environments, but do so and you will find Orlando has so much more. Even if you're coming to Orlando for the theme parks, take a few days to jump off their spinning wheels of adrenaline-pumped fantasy to explore the quieter, gentler side of Orlando. Transfer/check-in to a local hotel. Evening Transfer to Disney Springs for dinner as a group at Downtown Disney! After dinner, load the coach and return to the hotel. DAY TWO: ORLANDO / WALT DISNEY RESORT (B) – Possible Performance and/or Workshop Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. Schedule to be announced. Disney Performing Arts can schedule your group’s performance and workshop on any day. Band performances normally take place at Disney Springs Waterside Stage. Package to include one workshop and one performance for the band pending successful audition. Please note that after performance and workshop, the group must return to the hotel to drop off instruments before returning to the parks. Time at specific parks will be scheduled around your Disney Performing Arts activities. Your package includes a three-day Disney Park Hopper Pass which allows unlimited admission to the following Theme Parks for three days: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. Suggested parks today: EPCOT & Animal Kingdom EPCOT is Disney’s celebration of human achievement and international cultures. Future World contains pavilions and rides that explore technology and science while the World Showcase features pavilions representing eleven countries from around the world. Animal Kingdom is themed around animal conservation with heaps of Disney magic thrown in! Species habitats coexist with thrilling rides and spectacular shows to make this park unlike any other. Afternoon Lunch on own. Evening Dinner on own. Tonight, enjoy the fireworks display “Illuminations” at Epcot. Afterwards, board the coach and return to the hotel. Afternoon Lunch on own. Evening Dinner on own. Tonight, enjoy the stunning “Celebrate the Magic” nighttime show including fireworks, Disney imagery, and Tinker Bell! Meet at a designated spot and return to the hotel. DAY FOUR: ORLANDO (B,D) – Workshop Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. Load the coaches and transfer to the University of Central Florida (TBC). Enjoy a workshop with a member of the music faculty at the University of Central Florida (TBC). After your workshop, load the coach and depart for Cocoa Beach, on the beautiful Space Coast of Florida! The "Space Coast," the area around Cape Canaveral, was once a sleepy place where city dwellers escaped the urban centers of Miami and Jacksonville. But then came NASA. Today the region produces and accommodates its own crowds, including the hordes who come to visit the Kennedy Space Center and enjoy the area's 72 miles of beaches. Afternoon Lunch on own in Cocoa Beach and free time to enjoy the sun! Evening Dinner as a group (either in Cocoa Beach or in Orlando). After dinner, return to the hotel. Board the coach and transfer to Universal Orlando Resort. The entire day is free to enjoy Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure utilizing your one-day/park-to-park ticket, which allows admission to both parks. Evening Dinner as a group at a restaurant on CityWalk. Later, board the coach and return to the hotel. DAY SIX: ORLANDO DEPARTURE (B) Morning Breakfast as a group at the hotel. Check out of the hotel, load the coach and transfer to Disney Hollywood Studios. Disney’s Hollywood Studios is dedicated to show business with attractions based on blockbuster moves, iconic television shows, and the best in animation. Afternoon Lunch on own.
